We suggest a book about the history of the town where you are located, and then a book or two about parks and activities in the area.

We have a small bookshelf full of travel guides in each home that we pick up randomly as we see them on sale, and try to get them to match the vibe of each place. For instance, in our ski resort homes, we have travel guides to other areas in the world with great winter resorts.

Sonos Speakers
Standard: We recommend the ROAM or the MOVE for a standard AirBnB music system in the Living Room and Bedroom.
Luxury: For Luxury AirBnBs, we install a wall mounted Sonos speaker in each room of the house. A ROAM in each bathroom, and an Era 100 in each room.
For a Home Theater feel, we put in a 4 piece Sonos system (2x Era 100 (either wall mounted on the back wall, or on stands behind sofa), a Sub in the corner, and an Arc under the TV.
For bedrooms with a TV, we mount a Sonos Beam under the TV.
