2. Scope of Services

Corvus Homes agrees to design, develop, and launch a custom direct-booking website for the property identified above. The project includes:

  • Custom, mobile-responsive website design
  • Property descriptions, amenities, and photo galleries
  • Direct booking functionality
  • Booking calendar synchronization with supported platforms
  • Local area information
  • Basic search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Website analytics
  • Domain configuration and website launch
  • Ongoing hosting, maintenance, and technical support

The Client will provide property information, photography, necessary account access, and timely approval of the completed website. Additional services or functionality outside this scope will be quoted separately.

The Corvus Homes managed rate applies to properties under full Corvus Homes management. The development fee is due upon acceptance. Monthly hosting and maintenance charges begin upon website launch.

4. Terms & Conditions

  • Project Commencement: Work begins following receipt of the signed agreement and initial payment.
  • Development: Corvus Homes will complete the website within a mutually agreed timeline, subject to receiving the necessary information and approvals.
  • Additional Costs: Domain registration, third-party subscriptions, payment-processing fees, and services outside the agreed scope are not included unless otherwise specified.
  • Ongoing Services: Monthly fees cover website hosting, routine maintenance, security updates, and technical support.
  • Cancellation: The Client may cancel ongoing monthly services with 30 days' written notice. Hosting and associated services will cease upon termination.
  • Website Ownership: The Client retains ownership of their supplied content and domain. Rights to custom website work and any transfer arrangements will be governed by the final agreed ownership terms.

5. Acceptance & Authorization

By signing below, I confirm that I am authorized to enter into this agreement and accept the scope of services, pricing, and terms outlined above. I authorize Corvus Homes, LLC to proceed with the website development project and agree to the applicable one-time and recurring fees.

Your typed name is your legal signature. This consent covers this agreement and records about it, such as receipts and notices. When you sign, we record the time, your IP address and its approximate location, and your browser, and we email you a copy with that record — save or print it to keep it. You need a device with a current web browser and an email account.

You can get a paper copy at any time, free, by emailing hello@corvushomes.com or calling (+1) 303.578.9560. You may withdraw this consent, or change the email we use, the same way, at no cost; withdrawing means we send future records on paper, and it doesn't undo a signature already made.
